Yes. All apartments come with a standard size washer and dryer.

Beds are full sized.

Living room furniture: couch, loveseat, entertainment stand, coffee table, end table. A TV
is not included. Bedroom: full size bed frame, mattress, dresser. Bedding is not included. Four bedroom apartments include a kitchen table and chairs. Two and three bedroom apartments include bar stools. 

Everything but electricity is included. We bill residents back for electricity. All electric
bills are split evenly among roommates. 

You are required to pay an administration fee of $250.00 if you do not have a guarantor (co-signer).  If you qualify to not be required to have a guarantor, the administration fee is $75.00. The administration fee is not a security deposit and is not refundable at the end of your lease. The administration fee is due within one week of signing your lease.

A permanent parking sticker is a one time fee of $50.00 No monthly parking fees!

No, all leases are individual unless you signed a conventional lease for the full apartment. 

Move in day is August 16th, 2024.

Moving in before move-in day, or between August 1st and August 16th, is considered an early move-in.  Early move-ins are dependent upon availability.  Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting early move ins due to the lack of availability.

If you want to be guaranteed no roommates, you have to rent the full apartment.
Otherwise, there is always a chance you will be roommate matched with another roommate. Roommates are NEVER placed in the same bedroom. 

No you do not. We accept anyone who passes our rental screening.
