The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like that the location is near to the school so its not that far of a drive. I like how you are a able to pick your own roommate in a sense that way you feel more comfortable moving in.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community here at The Reserves is amazing! Without the amazing monthly events, I would not have met all of the people I have thus far. The staff is welcoming and helpful, as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The cable is fuzzy on most the channels and the internet goes out at the most inopportune time. The gym with 24 hr access is real convenient

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a wonderful experience living at The Reserve at Saluki Pointe. Everyone is extremely friendly, maintenance is fast and they have great amenities! Plus the apartments are super nice and I love the fact that the Saluki Express bus takes me to campus every day! My only regret at SIU is not living here for a longer period of time.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is great. Everyone I have come in contact with are very nice. If I had any problems with my apartment the CAs have been a great help.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place wasn’t really the greatest to be completely honest...the only thing I liked was how quiet it was and some of the giveaways. That’s really it

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone in the community is very welcoming and friendly. I had an amazing experience. The apartments are beautiful. I cannot wait to move in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and the amenities are great to have. The fitness center is clean. This apartment complex has a lot to offer

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Complex contains many useful amenities such as a dog park, pool, useful gym, Holds fun community events such as casino night with very good prices.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like the apartments and the area. I love that each room has its own bathroom. Also, the free printing, tanning, and gym are a very nice addition.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a great community to live in and be a part of! The apartments are very clean and great to live in and the club house has so many perks and free things.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The amenities and maintenance have been awesome, but any experience with management has been a nightmare. When I moved in my apartment was dirty and management took it as an opportunity to be technical about what was going to be cleaned, so they told me that my apartment, my bedroom, was clean, but they were under no obligation to clean the unit because one person, who I did not choose to live with, had stayed from the year before.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very much dislike that the gate to this gated community does not always close at the designated time as it is suppose to seeing as that is one of the main reasons that I signed my lease at this complex.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I was so excited about moving to the reserves but I must say that I am pretty disappointed with the customer service from the staff as well as the management. I am disappointed in the fact that it either takes forever for maintenance to come fix things or they are really quick, there is no in between. I am very disappointed that the individuals above me sound like elephants constantly causing my roommates and I to have to put in numerous complaints and yet nothing has been done and we were basically told we were SOL. I pay too much to live here for this kind of service in my opinion.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close to SIU campus, nice amenities and friendly staff. Building stairs need to be cleaned more and my building door doesn’t close all the way on its own.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Hope you never need maintence done as they take forever and don’t actually fix the item. Have had mold growing in my window and have told multiple maintence workers and managers. Nothing has come of it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living at the reserves has been awesome! Fast maintenance service, and good customer service. I also love how convenient it is to pay rent and utilities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good. Nice place, prompt maintenence, lots of perks. Easy access to a gym is convenient. The Manager is nice and helpful. Lots of incentives to win prizes and money.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Beautiful housing great place to live. I had a great time looking around and the staff was really friendly. Excited to live here and spend the rest of my college life here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Move in was not the best. Room was not ready for my move in as it had not been inspected or cleaned before my move in. The maintenance does respond fairly quickly to issues. The only reason I signed to renew was the 700 visa card that was offered during my releasing after summer. The internet is pretty good. overall the Reserve at Saluki Pointe has its issues but the amenities are fairly reasonable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’m a college student. Therapeutic rec student that enjoys going leisure time outside. I usually play basketball at the courts every summer.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live! Never had an issue with anything. Maintenance gets fixed in a timely manner, lots of fun things happening each month at the clubhouse!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Decent reception desk was able to answer most of my questions when touring the place. When signing the lease, corporate mess-up and sent a wrong link and that wasn't resolved for a month. Also took 2 months before I got my gift card voucher. Still great staff on-site.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far the leasing process and getting in touch with the staff has been easy and not confusing. I am hoping that the experience of living here continues in this way!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Reserves are doing better. Seems like they’re adding more things to the gym. The gate is not always closed though. Love the monthly resident activities they have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived here for roughly 6 months and I have honestly had a pretty decent experience so far. Only thing is that maintenance could use some work and definitely communication in the office could improve.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves is very nice! But the WiFi is always out and it’s kind of annoying. Also the printer NEVER works in the computer lab! Nice place but can fix a few things

4 / 5

Very good living experience in the reserve. This is the first choice if you are a student and wanna hang out with your friends and enjoy life .

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The internet has been very spotty this semester and when we have ice the parking lots are never salted. But other than that living here is pretty good overall!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its been a good experience even though its a little expensive, but it is nice having your own batheroom and bedroom. I dont enjoy them charging us anytime a little blind breaks.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The parking lot needs cameras. My motorcycle was struck during the night and there was no proof of who did it. Everything else at the reserves is good tho.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love it, it has space, blaconny, nice kitchen... all i like. What i don’t like is that when my neighbors upstairs walk, i hear the noise and they be walking 24/7. Also events should be weekend, I’m most of the time not available when they have things going on.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the environment, love the atmosphere, love the experience! The staff takes such good care of residents living there and everyone has done a good job making it feel like home!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I honestly love living at the reserves! The community is nice, safe, quiet, and not too crowded. My only complaints would be a wish they would clean the hallways in our buildings a little more. But, that's a small thing for how many things are great!

4 / 5

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The maintenance has always been great and getting things done in a really short amount of time. Students who work in the office are really helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s been a good experience. The biggest issue I have is when the internet goes out. I like the gym and coffee machine. It’s also convenient to pick up packages from the leasing office.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very calm environment, maintenance is quick to resolve any issues in the apartment when there are any. The staff is very helpful on move-in day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Being a resident at the Reserves at Saluki Pointe is overall a good experience with a f you minor problems such as maintenance requests being fixed correctly and noise complaints.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it hasn't been so bad. The one thing that bothered me was that last time it snowed nobody cleaned the parking lots or the sidewalk or even the entrance to the building.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

the amenities at the Reserve at Saluki Point are absolutely fantastic. A community center filled with plenty of things to do, swim, grill out, play table games, Starbucks bar, free printing, and a movie theater. need I say more

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was good. Customer service helped out a lot! They were quick to respond to an email sent to them, but the hot line was busy so i could not reach anybody there

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like that even though I am sharing an apartment with 2 other people, I still have my own space. My own bathroom and a nice closet. I also like that we are able to have pets at the reserve.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

so far I've really enjoyed my stay here at the reserves, it's a clean and beautiful community on the edge of town but very close to the main campus. to head to the Tech for auto students it should take you about 15 minutes to get there. Very happy with my living arrangement and looking forward to re-signing my lease shortly!!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Best place I have lived in Carbondale. Rooms are spacious and clean. I love that I have my own bathroom. This the cleanest and best community I have lived in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Been a nice place to stay so far. Price is more reasonable than many other apartments in the area. Planning to stay here another year to finish my B.S. Degree.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It a very good place to live. It has many great amenities also, it has a huge dog park which is really worth it. This place is safe since its a gated community.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the people in there and that it is pet friendly. I am going to live with 3 other rock climbers and so we all have interests in common, which makes it awesome to build solid friendships out of it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve had a great time living here so far. Minor problems that were quickly fixed. Noise level is low and people are friendly. It’s gated which is a huge safety plus. Overall a good experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have stayed with a friend that lives here and it is very well kept and it looks professional. Any time she had an issue with her apartment they fixed it quickly and without hesitation. I would recommend this space.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is a very nice place to live. The amenities are nice to have and the staff is helpful with any question you may have about the apartment complex.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy the reserves. They offer so many good things including tanning and free printing. I was very excited to sign and live here again. My parents also think it is very safe and a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Most people throw trash over their balcony so be prepared to constantly see litter and trash everywhere. Maintenance will sometimes fix a problem on the first try but often have to put multiple request in for something to Ben fixed

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Close proximity to school, friendly staff, and nicely built apartment buildings. The printer room is only annoying because a lot of the computers don’t work, and half the time the printer isn’t working. Also nobody seems to know how to run the movie room and also the apartment buildings could be cleaned (staircases/hallways) more.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great service. Great people wonderfull thing and the only bad part is that it need to be updated a tad bit because my tired of having to call maintenance

4 / 5

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here for 3 years and with only minor complaints, I enjoy this community. Quiet, cute, comfortable and tucked away from the campus. I love being secluded when I want to be home but only a 3 minute drive to campus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

best choice i could have ever made, living not too far from campus. pure joy. i made the decision to live with my cousins amazing, would recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a good place to live and a nice area. The clubhouse is a good facility, but all of the amenities don’t always work. Other than that I haven’t had a problem living here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not a bad place to live but when I moverd in there were damaged walls and some stuff was durty. Has nice club house but needs to spend money on I'm probably rooms.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are really nice & the community is even better. I really enjoy the monthly activities they provide because it really brings everyone together.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great complex with all the amenities and helpful staff! Rent is reasonably cheap compared to other resident housing. Simple bills make bill pay easy! Maintenance requests are always filled within a day or two.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not a bad experience. My only complaint is the speed of resolving repairs. I feel based on the amount of the rent the unit should be in excellent condition.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very good location and price. Staff is friendly and kind and helpful. Study area is nice and quite and accommodation are wonderful. Nice and decent gym.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Issues with my roommate smoking inside the apartment. Upstairs neighbors are quite loud. Whenever I've sent in a maintenance request it has been addressed the same day.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is a very nice place to live. Everyone seems very welcoming! I am glad that decided to live here. When stuff was going on at home and I needed to move out to be with my family, the office was very understanding.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are spacious and kept up very well. Maintenance is very prompt in addressing any issues we have and are always friendly. The staff are always available and willing to assist their residents!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves have been a great apartment complex to live at! They have a great pool, gym, grill, pool table and a computer lab with free printing!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here made me feel like I was still living at home! Having my own private room and bathroom was a big reason why I chose to live the The Reserve. I also enjoy having my puppy with me and many places in Carbondale do not allow pets. I love living here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great service, great location, wonderfully maintained, well designed, easy to connect with other students at a personal level, great place to find new friends, a wonderful experience overall

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When having issues with roommates, the leasing office was very accommodating and quick about helping me get of out of the situation. Valerie in the office is always so friendly and happy to help. I love all the amenities that the complex has to offer as well as all the events they hold for residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This community has its great perks and some cons as well. The perks although outweighs the cons. The only think I would say about the cons is that customer service here is quite poor and could use more improvement

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my apartment. The room and closest is very spacious. I love how we also have a theater that we can reserve when ever we want. Also the work out area is good as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The closet and room are a good size. Maintenance is always great at fixing things in a timely manner. The only downside is that the printer and computers in the club house are down a lot and the speed bumps are horrible.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

For the most part the apartments are really nice. I love how it comes furnished and stuff. Some times it takes a while for maintenance to come, or they come too often and early. Over all its nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty nice place, the internet is pretty garbage because it randomly goes out it feels once per month. The rent becoming so high is kind of bogus also.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The best community in Carbondale for college students. Staffs here are very friendly and if you have any problems related to apartments, just go to the front office to ask, you will feel at home and get the best community experience in the reserve.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Building one is a very clean and quiet apartment. I love it. And it's close to the clubhouse which is very convenient, especially if you have to catch the shuttle because you can just look out the window to see if its there. My only complaint is about bugs in my room every now and then because im on the first floor and the thin walls (my room is right next to the door/parking lot. I can hear each car blasting their music or every person walking in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The environment is fun. There is always an activity you can get involved with inside the community. The space is well organized. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with your needs. The area is on a pleasant side of town. It is very enjoyable.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The rooms are spacious and clean. I really enjoy the various community events. I love having my own bathroom. The pool is something I look forward to going to in the fall and spring.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Just wish our apartment was in better condition before we got into it. Like the oven, dishwasher, microwave and the washer and dryer! Other than that no complaints

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its a great place to live and this is my second year staying here and probably i will live next year here as well. will also suggest others to stay here as well

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pool water nasty. Moved into a nasty apartment. Said no dogs roommate has 2 of them. Internet constantly down. At beginning key card would work but it works fine now. 1 roommate refuses to signup for simple bills nothing I can do.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The location is very nice, not too far from campus. It's a relatively quite community. Lots of events for residents to enjoy. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely matter.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Comfortable living, a calm community, and around the clock security making you feel very safe. Management is always ready to help with whatever concern you have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have really enjoyed living here, the atmosphere is amazing. I like the 24 hr gym and computer room with free printing! I also love the pool and the tanning beds.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a disappointment that the present and the future generations will not be able to experience the actual world – weather, and nature - before it was contaminated by the burning fossil fuels, chemical industries, and so on. The increasing rate of pollution in the air is one of the contributing factors for rise in the rates of cancers such as lung cancer and skin cancer. The use of fossil fuels is not going to stop since we depend on them, but they can be replaced with alternative fuels. Some major cities like Delhi has replaced their fuels used for public transportation with Compressed nature gas (CNG) which is an alternative fuel. The two focal points of this paper are: how air pollution aids cancer, and how the oncoming generations are likely to suffer because of our fossil fuel addiction. I already know that we are running out of fuel, our predictions say we will be done with our fuel reserves before the next decade ends. With the increasing use of these fuels, the future conditions of our planet cannot be predicted, and this haunt many of our politicians. I also know that with this increasing use fossil fuels, the rate of diseases like cancer, asthma, breathing problems, heart conditions have increased and its only getting worse.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like living here. I like that there's so many different things included and that it's a nice, quiet atmosphere. Overall, I think it is a good place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Move in day was a bit of a hassle. It seemed that staff were not knowledgeable about the process nor knew what they were doing. I still do not believe I have access to maintenance requests. However, once the school year began, they have been more than helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Fun, nice apartments, the staffs are very nice and helpful and I feel at home. They try their best to have everything their goes may need, a furnished apartment and easy access to the computer lab.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves are a great place to live because they feel disconnected from the university so when you go home you're away from the stress. Although it's sometimes frustrating because they're so far away.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Incredible college community, perfect for students who are serious about education and those who like to have fun. The noise is never a complaint, people generally keep to themselves but are not rude nor avoid new people.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The price is a very good deal. Apartments are above average. Some equipment such as the printer and coffee machine are down often. Some of what is offered is extra and I do not use it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wonderful community that I feel safe in. It’s kept maintained and they care about residents. They work hard to provide events to ensure you become a part of the community every month

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The facilities (small swimming pool, gym, computer lab) and other aspects, such as office availability of staff members, is excellent.. If you forget your key-card late at night, there are also RA-like staff called CA's (community assistants) there to help you out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The only problem I have is with the person living above me. They have a speaker and they play music at random times in the day, sometimes it is after 1 am when I am trying to sleep. Besides that, everything is peachy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community within building 14 is, for the most part a pleasant place to live. Overall the reserves is a wonderful apartment complex with many amenities at a great price.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My apartment community is very clean and well kept compared to other apartment complexes that I have been too. I enjoy staying here and will continue to stay here until I graduate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

There is so much trash everywhere. The front office staff does not understand what is going on for the most part. Try to talk to a manger if you need anything.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice staff and lots of nice aminities like workout room, printing room, pool area, and movie room! I love how close to campus it is, too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s honestly been great! Our upstairs neighbors are loud, but everything else is amazing! The parking, printing, pool, grill are great to have. I wish the Starbucks machine actually worked for more than hot water though!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick to respond to maintenance issues and any other general issues that pop up. The dog park is a nice thing to have too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Its great actually! Loved the place, people are soo nice too. Feels like home to me. 4/5 because of the speed bumps. I know that they are important & I believe that too but still they are like a mount averest big

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the reserves. Fast service, easy communication, nice apartment sizes, and dog friendly! I pay a good price for our 4x4. My only complaints are that my light switch in the bathroom also turns the fan on and that the club house does not serve popcorn or hot chocolate anymore.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a beautiful place to live. From the gated in cummunity and the privacy, to the beautiful apartments. Fully furnished and everything is great. The movie theater is awesome as well as the pool etc.

Love living here, the only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is that mairntence is slow sometimes. We’ve put in 3 work orders for a problem still not fixed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment is good and everything works well. The staff is much better this year than last year and the maintanance team is great. All around a good place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It has been a pretty good expierience for the most part. I feel as if access to the pool has become very restricted. I also never ecieved any of the move in gifts when I moved in here 2 years ago.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was neat upon arrival. No signs of excessive usage. However regulating the AC for only one room is impossible.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty decent place to live can’t complain. Some things can be improved such as the bugs in the hallways, receiving packages and so forth but good otherwise

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a very friendly environment around here with a lot of active energy. All around it’s a great place to live except for the excessive bugs and spiders.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone here is pretty chill. Staff is always there when needed. Apartments are modern and come with clean carpet and appliances. Definitely would recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves are a very nice place to leave. It is very clean and has good utilities. That is one of the main reasons I decided to leave here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived here for over a year now and I enjoy staying at the Reserve as a student. Most of management is very helpful and maintenance requests have been timely. Amenities are nice as well. Only real negative I can identify is my rent increased this year and so far have not seen any significant changes to warrant this increase.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Friendly community with wide range of demographics: young professionals, families, students. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. Lots of open green space and sidewalks."

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far the resident experience has been good. In the beginning we had issues with maintenance and the apt not being clean before we moved in. But that was fixed in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is really great, super high quality of living & awesome amenities. However, some of the staff is not very helpful which can cause confusion. Overall, great resident experience.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

While living here may have seemed like a luxury things were not as good as they seemed. Things keep constantly breaking down in the apartment and maintenance takes their time fixing them. Only con.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice and spacious apartment, the community has a lot of perks! like the pool, volleyball court and free parking, the staff is always nice!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

We had a lot of issues (maintenance wise) when we moved in and were told a lot of wrong information but now everything is pretty nice and smooth.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My bathroom should have been repaired before I got here. Your staff should make sure everything is up to code before they move new people in. My ceiling fan seems like it’s gonna propel right out of the ceiling if I have it on anything high than low.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves is a great place to live. The apartments are a good size and very clean. The amenities are very nice and one of the reasons I signed a lease here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

really great love the area carbondale is wonderful can't wait to tell more people about friends make the best neighbors i love them all especially Katie Czyzewski :)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome and kind staff great rooms I have never had a super bad experience here. A lot of people to meet and talk to. Everyone is super nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great price for what you get. Love that most amenities are included. The fitness center is up to date and allows me to get in a workout that suits me. The pool is a fun, social place to be. Great location as well being close to SIU and other things to do nearby.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

porch not cleaned at all, closets in kitchen and bedroom had dead bugs and debris, food wrappers and napkins left under mattress, couch hadn’t been replaced. Check in people were very nice. Dog park nice. Pool area nice

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The staff at The Reserve at Saluki Pointe has been nothing but helpful and delightful to work with! Every question or potential issue I have had has been dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment and room are great, I feel like the price is reasonable compared to other units, but having to pay electric on top is a little much. But good place and nice amenities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It is a great place to live, would definitely recommend it to anyone. There was some cleaning issues when I moved in and internet issues that took forever to get situated and a little frustrating which is why it does not get a 5 stars from me but other than that the apartment itself and everything else is nice, would definitely recommend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment is good so far. Building 11 is great location because its right next to the clubhouse. Rooms are clean and spacious and furniture is nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far I am having a great experience! I like how there is free printing, a pool area, private bathrooms and a very spacious parking lot! It's great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Having your own bathroom in a 4x4 will change your life. Comfy living. Great staff. Lived here 2 years now. Love it. Maintence could be quicker, but I understand how busy it can be.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment was very dirty when I moved in. Maintenance sent in people to clean the rugs and my room which was very much appreciated. Other than that there are a few minor things that needed to be fixed and maintenance got them fixed within a few days.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I moved into the Reserves two weeks ago. I love the space that my apartment allows me, and I have been happy with all of the furniture that was provided to me. The extras (pool and 24-hour gym) have been great as well, not to mention the signing bonus I received for agreeing to live here. All of these positives seem to mask the disorganization I have noticed with staff. I moved in early, which had been planned two months ahead of time, yet my apartment was not clean when I moved in. Maintenance/staff/cleaning crew came to the apartment multiple times unexpectedly after I had already moved in (and cleaned the space myself). I initially had difficulties receiving packages, as the complex is supposed to provide USPS with a list of residents. All packages up until now had to be returned to the sender (I ordered multiple things off Amazon for the apartment and for school, not expecting there to be any issues). Additionally, my apartment building had an orientation (with free pizza) scheduled for a certain date and time, but nobody was informed about the rescheduling of this orientation until after we had shown up for the orientation. I have also been waiting two weeks for the coffee machine in the clubhouse to be fixed by maintenance, but at this point I'm considering investing in my own.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Room is full of space. When i moved it was cleaned perfect. The furniture was in great condition. The Staff was very helpful when i need to move in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Just moved in and the experience has exceeded my expectations! The community is great and the the rooms are amazing. I met my roommates and we all get along well and love it here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like that the CA staff and maintenance are very helpful and relatively quick to answer any questions that I have. I also like all the amenities that the Reserve provides for its residents.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff is friendly and easy to get in contact with. Maintenance comes quickly to fix any problems. The apartments are spacious and having my own bathroom is very convenient!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living and working at The Reserve has been a pleasant experience. It’s one of the best places to live in town. The amenities are super convenient and I always look forward to coming home and going to the gym or pool at the end of the day. I’ll definitely miss it when I leave!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Th the reserve is the best place to live in carbondale. Many amenities to take part in, and great ways for residents to get freebies &prizes.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great amenities and location. Workout room is great, I’ve never tried the pool area or movie room but would like to this semester. Would recommend friends to live here!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves has an awesome community with great amenities. It is really nice to have your own separate living areas aside from your roommates is great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartment had not been cleaned or inspected prior to my move in. On the second day I found fleas in the apartment. Took 3 weeks to treat. During that period they were going to move me into an apartment that had a sewage problem. You have to talk to managment to get things done as they rank things by a priority list and if you don't physically complain you'll be at the bottom of the list. Mantenance staff has left my front door ajar after doing mantenance which was not ok. The front office signs for your packages and won't notify you to let you know they are there. So keep your reciepts and Overall this isn't the worst place to live. The clubhouse is nice but you don't live in it so ask to see an actual apartment and not the model as it can be drastically different. Have a manager do a walk through with you when you if you do sign a lease. Take pictures of EVERYTHING or you'll regret it later ( all walls, carpets, furniture, etc.)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall the reserves is a nice place. I just get mad when the wifi gets down every like 3 days. Rent going up $45 also sucks especially since this will be my second year at the reserves. I just feel like for the returners rent should be reduced not hiked.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a very good experience to live in this community, which is very clear environment and interesting activities here. You can have the best community assistants who will help you on the living issues no matter when you have questions. I recommend SIU students live here to enjoy the instruments and best service you can have in this town.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the community, amentites, and the staff. Walls are paper thin so I can hear those above me sometimes which can be annoying especially on days when I work overnight shifts for work and just want to sleep. Overall, I love the reserves though!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Wonderful community to live in ! I love how interactive every one is around you and you will never feel alone as there is always something to do.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy the convience of the computer lab, but it runs out of paper at the most important times. I enjoy how matience comes fix things as soon as they can.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The community is awesome! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious compared to others in the area. Being all inclusive really helped me decide that the Reserves was the best place for me to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had some issues with communication with this community, but overall my experience with them has been pretty good so far and I have been impressed with the facilities

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like it here! it's quiet, yet there are things to do right in the community (Gym, pool etc). However, I wish the shared living areas are cleaned. My apartment living room carpet has been dirty and stained since I moved in! Apparently, it wasn't cleaned after the previous tenant moved out.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

New to this but definitely looking forward to it. So for now, I'll leave a message that just fills up the 140 word minimum to get those reward points.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This apartment offers a great variety of things. The staff is nice and are always on task. The apartment is spacious and very home -like. I will continue renting here until the end of my college career.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Experience has been okay since the other community directors have left the building. I wanted to get out of my contract because I have a new address but couldn't so paying 2 rents is fun but I am honestly glad to be done with here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

All of my questions have been answered quickly, whether I called or emailed the office and I haven't even moved in yet. The roomsync was also very helpful in finding a roommate.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My stay at the Reserves was really nice. I always felt safe and the amenities were always nice to have. I would reccommend these apartments to any new students coming to SIU.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Nice location, office is pleasant, maintenance has an attitude, pest control is terrible. My apartment is extremely clean but I find 5-10 spiders per week and an occasional cockroach.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The maintenance was very quick and helpful when we had a water leak. They fixed the issue on the same day we put in the request and cleaned the carpet for us after they were done.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The area is nice and offers a lot of ways to meet new people. The rules however are worse than the dorms. You don't have to be a student to live here, but it may as well be university owned housing. The new pool rules are completely unfair. There is so much money wasted on completely unnecessary beautification of the landscaping and outside, but little effort is put into the quality of the apartments themselves. The dog park waa supposed to be completed by spring. They put poles out months ago and that's been the entire progress thus far

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was good, I enjoyed living here. Being able to have my own space and being able to have such nice things is a necessity. I think my experience was great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here is really great! You have your own bathroom, and it comes with a gym. You don’t have to worry about parking, and maintenance comes as soon as a request is made.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have only lived here for a month so far, but so far the living experience has been pretty great. The amenities are great and the pepole that i met are great too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Sean, Sam, and Ari are the best humans. Pros: - The furniture provided in the rooms and living rooms are pretty decent, except for the uncomfortable desk chair. I had a big closet, which was a deal breaker. - Staff is happy to help, but should probably have more training, they aren't always as knowledgable as they should be. - The pantry is large and there is a lot of extra storage space. - Washer and dryer in unit is very convenient, although the dryer does not ventilate properly. Our closet is covered in dryer lint. - There are usually leasing promotions going on at all times. You can get some "free" stuff for signing. Cons: - They advertise as a gated community and we have been told that the gates will be closed from 10pm-6am. They never close, which makes a lot of people (and their parents) very uneasy. - The keys to your door and building never work 100% of the time. - Our dishwasher has stopped working multiple times. - It is SO LOUD. Paper thin walls. I live on the second floor and literally eveything in my room rattles when the person upstairs just walks across their room. - Do not live here if you need a moderately quiet place for studying or living in general. Most of the people here, I assume, are undergraduate students who have no respect for other people. I'm a graduate student and find myself having to put earplugs in and headphones on to sleep and study. - Windows must not be insulated very well. You can hear everything outside. - Tanning beds are outdated and are not cleaned between uses (ew foot fungus). I went in the office one day and the staff went back to make sure the last person was out, and then told me I could go in. - The buildings, both outside and inside, are not well maintained or cleaned. The first week I moved in (6 weeks ago), there was garbage in the hallway, stairwell, and near the door. Just last week it was all picked up. There are cobwebs and bugs in the hallways and stairwells that are never removed. - The staff doesn't communicate well regarding your apartment and roomates once you've moved in. I got a call saying a new roommate was moving into our empty room; no information was given as to who it was or when. - The cable sucks. - The wifi also sucks. Overall, I think the price is reasonable for all the extra stuff provided (gym, pool, etc). But this place could definitely do better. I will not be renewing my lease.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment designs are great, and the maintenance is handled efficiently and easily. I would recommend this to friends and other people looking for great living space for students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love everything that comes with living at the reserves. It’s like it has its own community and it’s close to campus but far and I love it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been living here for the past two years and just renewed a lease for a third year. The community is quiet. I really enjoy the layout of my four bedroom apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Reserves is a great place to live especially if you’re looking for somewhere safe and convenient to live. Also is a plus that the apartment comes furnished so you do not have to move to Carbondale with that mischief stuff.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s a good place to live. If something could be added, I think white boards in the study area would be helpful and fixing the computers so they all print.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Signing a lease was super easy and convenient from home. Called The Reserve for some extra information about the apartments and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience has been great so far. I'm coming back for another year! I enjoy the special days of pizza and the gym is so convenient. My apartment is quiet(usually) and it's just been an awesome experience so far

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My resident experience initially was not that great, the staff was unorganized and did not get back to you in a timely manner. However, now things have changed the new manager seems to do her job well. And the different events they have for the residents are nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are nice but are overpriced. The amenities such as the pool and grill are very flashy but never seem to be available when I want to use them.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been a great experience. I think the staff is friendly. The pool is nice. I also enjoy the workout facility and movie room. The study hall is nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is a nice community. Everyone seems friendly and helpful. I like how I can have my own bedroom and bathroom. Also, I love how I can have my puppy.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living at the reserve. I really like all the community activities they host. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in carbondale.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the reserves the people and staff are all amazing. I love how they make sure everything is clean and safe for us. I really love the feeling of staying in a gated community

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great! The reserves responds to requests in timely manners. The community helps me feel secure as well as offers a lot of activities to participate in which I appreciate

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community. Maintenance needs to be more on top of issues with apartments. Overall. Great living environment! I enjoy that the workers do not interfere with residents and are very polite

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Each apartment is very spacious and has a great community. In addition, it's pretty close to campus so the drive isn't that bad. You also get your own bathroom, which I love.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Looking forward to living there. Hoping to get involved and take advantage of all the cool amenities, esepecillay the movie theater and the pool

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome place to live if you are going to college. It’s quiet and I love living here. They always have something going on for the us and the club house is great.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very Nive apartments, just need some minor fixes. but overall very good customer service. and maintenance always comes on time when something is wrong. everything is very convenient, like printing lab.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I think the buildings are nice and the current leasing manager seems to be more on top of things. I'm also happy to hear about the dog park and better wifi for next year. I have had some trouble with maintenance though. One maintenance worker was always pretty rude to us about problems that weren't our fault and didn't believe us for months that our air conditioning was actually broken.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The experience has been great after living there for two semesters now. Neighbors are all friendly and the staff has all been pretty good. Sometimes stuff isn’t cleaned or fixed right away, but that is my only complaint.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is great! Everything one would need to start off in for their first apartment. Great clubhouse and pool as well. Overall, I would give it 5 stars.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When I applied online, it was very easy and every time I called the front desk the person who answered was always helpful with any questions I had.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves is a great place to live! My roommates and I are really happy here. I would recommend the reserves to anyone looking for a place to live in Carbondale

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

what a good place to live! The reserve is the best to have fun and study near SIU. You can not only have a good study environment conditions such as printing room but also a fantastic place to relax, for example a big pool and volleyball field. You can also watch movie just inside the community because there is a movie theater here too! The reserve won't let you down!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the clubhouse amenities that are offered to us as residents. As someone who does not like to necessarily go to the rec center to work out, this facility is perfect. Rooms are extremely nice and I am so happy that I can finally move in because of the community allowing animals now.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've lived here for two years now and would stay another year if I were not graduating. The only real issue I have is noisy upstairs neighbors who blast their music so loud I can hear it clearly from the room below.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's been great here. The only downside is when the speed bumps get replaced. Other than that, everything is like a dream. All issues get resolved super fast (when there are issues that is).

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. The community is great. The walls are kind of thin though, so when people are in the hall it can get a little loud, but this doesn't happen too often.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and loved it. Maintence is always prompt, the amenities are great, and I like the privacy of not being in the middle of town. Sometimes there’s barking dogs and I always seem to renew and have trouble finding my gift cards.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Apartments are nice with plenty of space but walls are thin and residents can get loud. The rec center is a really nice amenity along with the computer lab but don’t try studying in the lab it is too loud.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are great and staff are helpful, but if a fee is misassigned or wrong it usually takes 3-4 trips to the front desk to get the problem fixed. Fees that were thought to be taken care of keep showing up. Other than that I’ve had no problems at all with the reserve

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Speed bumps have destroyed the underside of my car because they don’t replace damaged ones WiFi is awful, no firearms allowed, hate the keys

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing space to live in. Needs a couple of improvements here and there like water and internet but other than that all is good. Great place for the price

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience at the Reserve has been wonderful, so far. All of the faculty is welcoming, the facilities are wonderful. The security service does a very good job of keeping us safe. The only thing that I would change is the price because a reduced rate is always welcome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

there were a lot of problems when we first moved in but all in all it was an okay place to stay. nice amenities but I personally think it is just expensive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good place to live, friendly staff, and would recommend over other apartment complex’s in the area. Location is not to far from campus, and there’s a bus that comes around if you don’t want to drive.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A.c. room leaking and covered in dust when moved in. Mold growing on walls, sent roomate to health center. Stupid rules and overly expensive for what you get. Half the lease is incorrect such as "gated community" "24hr seccurity" etc.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Other than the apartment itself being alright, I have had an awful experience living here. The only redeeming thing is that some staff are very kind. We have had mice, ignored maintenance requests, disgusting move-in conditions, lawncare staff and site-cleaning staff leave trash all over our balcony and hallway.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The process to sign the lease went smoothly and I have had no other issues. So far my experience has been quite pleasant and I am excited to move in in the falll.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Thus far we experience working with Valerie and the rest of the staff at The Reserve Saluki Pointe has been awesome. They have readily answered my questions both over the phone and via email. I look forward to living at The Reserve for the next 3 years while I study for law school.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is done online, which is good and bad. Very helpful with questions and explaining. Everything is pretty well laid out and all you have to do is read.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was great. The atmosphere was wonderful, and everyone was so kind. Upon my visit, the apartment had so much room in it. The gym was also very nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like it. My roommate are very nice people. The incentives are great. I like that we have free parking because going to friends places you either have to park very far or you can’t even hangout with them at all.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great community assistants. Apartments are wonderful for the price! Pool andvolleyball court is great for hanging out with friends. Having pats is great- dog park coming soon!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Convinced me ASAP that it was for me now i cant wait to move in in the fall. Its truly the right place for me while i continue to get my education

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was great and I really like the pool and the facilities they have the room is also clean and spacious which I really like and also they have tan room that wassup

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Friendly Staff and Wonderful Location. The Reserves is very safe. I enjoy it being away from downtown Carbondale because you do not hear all the noisie bars.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Security is good as well as most of the amenities. I wish there was a better focus on upkeep of the computers and printer as some of them are constantly down

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm in love with the architecture. The facilities are a plus too. Parking has never been closer to my apartment. Would highly recommend these apartments to returning students.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm happy about the community that this complex brings together, and it encourages me to get out more and enjoy the town. Also, the service is great whenever help is needed.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here at the reserves has allowed me to become more organized ,and appreciated. They are always on time when things break n my apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves is a grade A place to live. I stayed there following my freshman and sophomore years and will be staying for my senior year. Look forward to next year

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

There is not anywhere else I would rather live while attending SIU. This apartment is very nice. Maintenance is quick to respond, and i have minimal problems with the staff. The internet is good, and the clubhouse provides good amenities.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love my personal and private bedroom and bathroom! Also, the gym is very nice and I can just walk there instead of driving all the way to the recreation center! 😊

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like that I was able to find somewhere that was furnished and still had cheaper rent and electric (mostly from living with roommates). Sometimes I have a maintenance problem here or there, but they are good at coming and fixing it in a timely manner.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s absolutely awesome! It’s so calm cool and collective living here. It’s very beautiful and cozy. I love my neighbors and roommates. Just overall great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

this is a great place to live! staff is kind and very helpful. very quick maintenance. easy online rent pay as well as awesome amenities (tanning, pool, movie theater, computer lab, etc.)

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Staff is okay and only somewhat helpful. The cleaning of the buildings is poor and needs improvement. The amenities are okay but could be updated. Also I never receive a newsletter about events happening and events should be announced better.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance has always been super great here at the Reserves. Noise is relatively low, workers in the office could be more helpful. Overall it’s been a good stay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've lived in the Reserve for two years now and have a experienced some great service and some poor service. Maintenance does a good job of fixing issues inside the apartment and the office employees have been able to assist in most of the issues I've had. Poor service comes from the quality of the internet and support - not directly Reserve people, but the companies that provide the services.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I don’t live here yet but my application process was very simple and the employees who helped me with it were all very nice and courteous! I also won a prize so that was great!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not the best place to live in my opinion. Management changes so much without any notice to us as residents. WiFi is iffy sometimes. Management doesn’t care about their desk assistants or employees they only care about residents paying rent on time. The monthly events they talked about in the tour rarely happen and when they do they usually are at major class times. I’d just say rent a house it’s cheaper out of the main four apartments it’s high up on the list but that’s not saying too much.

I truly enjoy this apartment complex. The amenities included are always usable. Besides the thin walls everything else is good. The Gaiges community makes the payment very worth it.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserve has given me a great resident experience. I have had no issues and the management staff is very easy to work with. The apartment complex I live in is quiet when I need it to be and everyone respects their neighbors. I enjoy having the gym and computer lab within walking distance, something I know that makes others in my class jealous.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When i went to the reserves for a tour of the apartments that were for lease everything was handled very professionally. The people answered all the questions.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living here because it is very clean and nice. The rent is reasonable, if maintenance needs to be done it is always done fast, and everyone in the office is very friendly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have enjoyed living here. There is a gym and fun activities like casinos night. I don’t like that the rent is increasing and sometimes the computers in the study don’t print.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The maintenance is very quick and responsive. Every time I put in a maintenance request it is addressed within a couple days at most. I docked it one star because I was given 4 different keys for my mailbox and none of them worked. My fob to get in the gate also doesn't work which meant I was locked out the other night until someone else came and opened it for me.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, love the gym, pool, tanning, printing! Always able to help someone out. All of my roommates love the reserves!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love living out here. The staff is always so friendly and helpful when I have questions (which is a lot of the time). Also, when things happen to break, they are always quick to come and fix it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy living at the Reserve. The neighbors have all been friendly, there’s always parking spots in front of my building, and the leasing office is always doing some cool promotion!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing apartment! Very good location, the apartment is very well set up and the beds are great! Maintenance is very helpful. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far have had a great experience. The community is well kept and offers much to it's residents. Staff is quite helpful and friendly. Leasing was a breeze.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live . The staff is really nice and helpful . The community is very clean and it’s a lot of benefits of living here . Free parking too

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The leasing office staff is very polite and helpful! Also the maintenance crew are helpful when I need requests handled. I feel safe living here and it feels like home

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It was very pleasant, my buddy and I really liked the place. The staff was great as well and answered all of our questions and concerns about the place.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live. The apartments are spacious. There is a pool, gym, basketball court, theater and game room. Overall, great place to be.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here. Having my own bedroom and bathroom is great. I really enjoy using the facilities in the clubhouse, especially the fitness room. It is usually pretty quite as well which I like a lot.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very little cohesiveness with the staff. Broken things never get fixed. Gate has only conveniently worked during move in times when parents are here. Ice and snow will never be removed. The rooms are nice and big, amenities are nice. Security and upkeep is minimal.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love having all the cool amenities like the movie theater and swimming pool. I feel secure within the gate. The printing is a life saver. This is a great place to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have had a good experience. Maintenance comes and fixes things in timely fashion. I have had a few issues such as the front gate locking and misunderstanding with lock out but everything was solved professionally which I greatly appreciate!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall great place to live. I love the spacious rooms and privet bathrooms. The only thing truly frustrates me is the internet goes out randomly. If they can find a way to fix that then I would give them 5 stars.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a good community for SIU student to choose. Especially you are not a freshman. You can have three different plans to choose and even more options to make yourself comfortable to communicate and play wiht your friends in and out of school. The service in the community is awesome too! For example, you can see the school bus coming to the saluki pointe community every day and it's free if you are a student here. I also think what is great is the community assistant here. They help you get your parcels and advise you many stuffs. I think this is a fantastic community to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

What’s upbwith the internet going out all the time? I like that dogs are allowed but there is dog poop everywhere with no reprimand. Nice pool area.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not bad. The gates are frustrating and the people can be loud. If you're a partier, this is a good place for you. If not, maybe look somewhere else.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have lived at the reserve for three years now and every year it has gotten to be a worse and worse experience which is why I have no intention to renew my lease. The internet is terrible the rent keeps going up with no added benefits and the new park rules are bullshit. If things don’t change you will have less and less residents. Don’t do what SIU does make your current students the priority you will have better results.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall Experience Here Is Great Though You Should Probably Consider Carpet Cleaning After Every Lease Renewal Not Just For New Tenants . ITS NEEDED

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

One of the best apartment complexes in Carbondale. Good amenities and free printing is nice. Only downside is that the walls in the apartment are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the setup of the rooms and apartments. I wish maintenance would replace older items in apartments. I also wish that the apartment buildings would be cleaned more often and more thoroughly. Also the door in building 2doesnt close.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy living at The Reserve. The grounds are always kept clean, maintenance is super quick to complete work orders, and I've not had any issues with anything. I do wish that our clubhouse renovations could be completed in a timely manner, but it is still unfinished.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It’s such a wonderful place to live! A great experience for a great price. I️ Love being able to decorate my place to my own standards but also keeping aware of the rules. It’s feels like a home away from home.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartments are nice and the utilities are good. Haven't seen the promised 24 hour security and the fact that the gate has never been closed is bothersome.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserve has been awesome for me so far! The staff are very helpful, the rooms are nice, without room is always kept clean, there’s plenty of parking, and it’s super close to SIU!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Not worth the high cost of rent. Apartment was dirty and I was also missing a shower head when I moved in. The microwave needs to be replaced. The washing machine also leaks

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far it’s been a good experience. The only issue I’ve had was with the gym equipment. Sometimes machines are not working. My apartment building is quiet.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Love the apartments. They are very nice and modern. The only complaint I have is the amenities don't always seem to be available. Multiple times I tried to use the pool or computer lab and they were not available.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserves have treated me well so far. The recent gardening upgrades really brighten the area up and make it look clean. The paint on the doors in my building also adds this effect.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a good community for SIU student to choose. Especially you are not a freshman. You can have three different plans to choose and even more options to make yourself comfortable to communicate and play wiht your friends in and out of school. I also think what is great is the community assistant here. They help you get your parcels and advise you many stuffs. I think this is a fantastic community to live.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The unit size is really nice. And the features are AWESOME.. My only complaint is the upkeep of the hallways and building entrance.. I would recommend the property to a friend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Living here has been quite for the most part. It doesn't have much of a college community vibe, which is convenient when it comes time to study. I like the space I have and maintenance is pretty fast with fixing things so that's great. The utility company is a bit unorganized, sending 2 bills one month and not at all other months. So that could be reevaluated. But I like it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been living at the reserves for almost a semester now and I love it. The rooms are very spacious and were very clean on our arrival. The rent is a bit expensive rho

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Cost for amenities is not great. Pool is nice and 24 hr computer facilities with free printing is hard to go wrong. Can't really complain otherwise other than the distance

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This place is great to stay at. I feel very safe here! Love how they have a tanning bed and a gym near so I can work out. Parking is very well here.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserve is nice. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a ton of space. However, people love to party there and it stays very loud very late.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Overall, the community is very nice. I especially enjoy the computer lab as it gives me a relaxing place to go and work on homework. If I had to fault the place with anything, I would say they could do a better job of following up with residents on complaints repairs etc

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves offers a wide variety of neat stuff as well as helpful staff. My favorite thing here is the movie theater. My only wish is that we had a dog park!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The management does not help their residents. They make us pay so much money but they never mention that there are a lot more little things we have to pay for.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really enjoy how spacious it is in n bathroom and my room. I enjoy the set up of the apt as well as all of the amenities they include. Staff is nice and the outside of the apartment is appealing.very clean and no issues with bugs or rodents

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Pretty nice people. Kinda lazy at times but get the job done. I like the boss lady. You get free internet and cable so that’s a pretty big plus

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Good but we have had some problems with appliances or wifi going out. But I like the amenities and the space is very nice. I would recommend it to a friend.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment complex is not bad. It has everything necessary. I have only been living here for a short time, but have been fairly pleased so far.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very clean and friendly environment to live in. It's a little ways out of the way from things, but thankfully they have the late night bus and crosstown bus to get from once side to another.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Maintenance is really quick and helpful. Definitely a huge perk to living here. I have lived here for 2 years now and really enjoy it. The only thing I would change is the transportation system

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves has awesome amenities, appliances, neighborhood setup, etc. The rooms are really spacious and I have more than enough space. I love the setup of the apartment with separate bathrooms and individual leases (makes leasing with roommates 1000x easier). My only drawback is simply the level of organization...things are extremely disorganized with management which makes simple things extremely frustrating. Everything else is lovely.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far the community is nice. I've been meaning to check out the clubhouse but I haven't gotten around to doing it, especially have to check out the gym. It's nice to be so close to school as well.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the Reserves at Saluki pointe. With the renovation of the clubhouse it looks even cooler. I wish that the apartments at the same furniture though but maybe in due time. A ping pong table was added so that's a lot of fun. Expansion of the computer lab was a good idea too. The swimming pool is a nice area to relax and have a party time to time. The scenery is beautiful in itself.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Move in was easy, and properly laid out. Apartment was okay, but had a bit of wear. Management was quick to fix and make sure everything was in order.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The people here are always nice; they help out in any way, shape, or form. The workers do a great job of keeping the place clean and doing repairs on anything you need. And I love the pool.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love all of the "extras" that The Reserve At Saluki Pointe offers us. The pool, workout room, tanning, etc. our rent is not outrageous, and easily compatible to other places in Carbondale. In our room, each individual having their own bathroom is a huge plus and as a whole it's quite spacious. One downfall is that management occasionally seems a bit disorganized

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Reserves. I enjoy many things about it, such as how the lab is open 24 hours, this way I can print papers if need be. I also enjoy how the weight room is open 24 hours considering the fact that I’m always busy during the day and it’s nice to get a late night workout in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everyone is so friendly, I love all the services that are given to us! From the pool, computer room, free printing, free tanning, movie theater, and the club house being open 24 hours.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I've really enjoyed my time living here. In general, the complex has been pretty quiet and the other tenants have been friendly. My only complaint is the office can be a bit slow to respond sometimes, but I understand they have a lot of tenants to deal with, and it's never a big issue.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Gotta go swim and workout and tan then chill. Shower then bed. The good end to a long day. Then wake up in the morning before on to another day's grind.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

it's nice but a lot of the building's need to be cleaned in the hallways from spider webs, trash other residents are sadly leaving, and the walls just look dingy in general.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to Live. I wil recommend this place to all my friends that live here or plan on coming in to Carbondale. Love the new club house

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been very happy living here. The apartments are very cozy and homey and the other residents are all sweet. I am happy with my first apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

When I signed my lease the person in charge did not give me enough time to read through everything. I felt very rushed. After signing a lease I was supposed to get a $250 gift card that I called about several times and never received. But since then I have had an overall good experience here. The pool is nice and clean, sometimes over crowded.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I enjoy this community a lot. It offers everything I could want from the gym to the pool to even having my own bathroom. Being close to the campus is also a huge bonus.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Experience has been okay so far. Having a hard time getting in contact with someone in charge because of my work hours. Not all of the computers in the "new" lab connect to the printer so you are playing musical chairs and it's not fun.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I have been here since 4 months ago and so far I like it. Also I like renew off the club house and the study room but the problem that you guys have is that the maintenance time for fixing a simple problem they take to long.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great area; Decent apartments; Free tanning, gym, pool, wifi, cable, etc; Conveinent location; I feel safe here! I love living here in this great place!

Very quiet and clean. Have no issues with neighbors. Parking is great. The pool and Grill is a nice addition. Perfect distance from the university

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I personally have not had to many bad experiences. The only issue i have and most of my friends have had is getting a hold of the property manager

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very nice apartment and maintenance responds very quickly! Wish it was a little closer to campus and food but other than that aspect I love it!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

A little loud for an engineering major who needs to study a lot, but overall very nice apartment. All furniture and appliances included, and maintenance usually responds quickly.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love where I live and the set up of the rooms. It's also nice to have so many accommodations. So far the reserves has been really helpful with any question we have.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very receptive and cooperative staff. Really enjoy living in a safe and clean complex. I have never encountered noise disturbances which is a great feature of the reserves.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

My experience is great. There are great people in this area. I haven't had any problems. The apt it's self is nice. I wasn't expecting it to be this nice.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Very Nice apartment compared to the ones that are around here. Big rooms and each room has their own bathrooms too along with a decent sized living room and kitchen area

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is my second year living at The Reserves. I like the amenities. Having your own bathroom and spacious closet is a bonus. My refrigerator broke and they brought us another a couple days later.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Cars Reving their engines for a half hour straight for 3 days in a row. Called and no worker made a effort to stop it. Just wished it looked as if some of the workers cared.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great place to live, however I can not get this website to work or give me the rewards I have earned. I do recommend living at the reserves because it's the best for your money.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

It's a good website. I haven't had difficulty w. anything. I think this is a great way to receive free things in a way. its different and easy to access.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This has been my first time living in apartment and I have absolutely no complaints. I love the area, my roommates are kind and considerate, and the staff is terrific!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everybody at The Reserve has been super helpful and very nice!! They have all been willing to assist with any problem or answer any question. Great job!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really like how quiet it is at the reserve. I am able to get a lot of work done for class without being disturbed. I enjoy being able to use the gym and the printer lab whenever I need it.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Excellent living. I love how quickly maintence issues are taken care of. I think that the package system needs to be sorted out. I hate that I have to go up to the clubhouse to get my packages from Amazon.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This complex so far has been much better this year. Maintenance is on top of their request and the office looks better after the remodeling and the staff is more helpful

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love living here, it's so clean and nice. I love the pool and all the other aminities. It's so convenient that the gym is open 24/7. I would recommend living here to anyone.

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartment complex. Nice features inside rooms and kitchens. Looks great outside and inside. Quiet community and lots of awesome things such as the pool and theater room. I recommend this complex.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartment. Practically brand new, clean. Received my promotion for signing my lease withing 3 days of being here. Pretty quiet complex.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You guys have been very helpful over the phone and I know you will be good on person because I used to live here. This place has always been wonderful to me

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserve is amazing! Such a great community to live in. The apartment is amazing an has amenities. A pool table, pool, tanning bed, and much more!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The move in process was very confusing. My roommates and I were told we would get our room by July 15th, then they said the 20th, then it was the 30th and we still didn't have our room. We didn't get our room assignment until 6 days before we were suppose to move in. It was very stressful.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Amazing love everything about this place love it just in general! Great place and clean and very private love the employees and how they take everything as first priority

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

So far, the guys at the Reserve have been very friendly and helpful. I had a plethora of questions for the CAs as well as the managers, and everyone was happy to help me out. I hope that same atmosphere is kept up throughout my stay. Can't wait to move in and have new experiences!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Management needs work, other than that I don't have any problems. The property is nice and appealing. It is also pretty quiet for the most part.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The office however was very disorganized and they are still remodelling less than a week from move in. The computer lab is not open due to remodel which is a huge inconvenice right now.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserves at SIUC are absolutely perfect. It's a little bit off campus, which is ideal for a quieter, more relaxed, work environment. The Reserves, also, furnish the apartments, most of the utility bills are covered in the monthly rent, and the amount of free Community Amenities available is outstanding. I truly can't wait to move in!

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Disappointed in the staff in getting roommate assignments in a timely fashion. In an email we were told they would be in our email box in 3 days but it took them 3 weeks to get it done. Not that it matters much but it put a bad taste in my mouth and it made me worry if that is all that they are slow at. Are they also slow at responding to work orders or maintenance?

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I'm so excited to move in to the Reserve at Saluki Pointe apartments. I'm very impressed with the facility as well as the staff. The proximity to SIU is awesome too because that's where I'll be a student, so I will be super close to my apartment.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The apartment is nice and the office is nice to deal with but they don't seem to have much in order. I received a room assignment 4 days prior to move in and I had to call 15 times before everything was in order for move in.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Awesome. Love the app. It was just hard to find how to pay my rent online instead of in person. Great app overall I would recommend it to others.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I like the amenities and how maintenance gets work done, however could be a little better. There needs to be repairs to update floors and appliances.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Everything is going well so far. The communication could be a little better but for the most part everything has been good. They do well trying to answer all questions.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I thought the office did an ok job of getting back to people and everything, including shipping organization, was nicely done as well. Enjoyed the pool too.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I honestly enjoy the Reserve at Saluki Pointe. I feel safe living here. I honesty feel like it's the best place to live because so many other places are so shady.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

There's no place I'd rather be than The Reserve. No other apartment in Carbondale even compares. Renovations will make it even better. Best place in town.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Took quite awhile to receive gift card ( promotion was in February didn't receive it until July) other than that everything has been pretty ok i suppose

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Plenty of parking (usually), spacious living room, bedrooms are big enough. Maintenance tends to be an uphill battle, but overall a nice place to stay.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The reserve at saluki Pointe is the cleanest, most modern apartments for an affordable price in Carbondale. They allow pets now so that's pretty fun.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Great apartments. Good maintenance. Multiple things to do at the complex. Only complaint is the computers and printer have multiple problems

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I really love this web site because you can easily login and sign up for different things like the simple bills. I also really like how we can get rewards.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I loved living here! All of the staff were friendly and willing to help solve any problem! I loved the amenities and all the extra things that were provided for us.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Loving the different outdoor activities the Reserves has to offer, including basketball, volleyball, and of course the pool. Also, fast wifi.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

This is a pretty good place to live. Friendly and helpful and easy to get in to work out or print off notes. Would live here again. Only complaint is roommate matching.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love the pool and cant wait to be back at school to tan. Ready for welcome week and seeing old friends! Hoping roomate matching went as well as last time! Love the Reserves

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

I love it here. It's nice and clean. Also I haven't had a problems with any of the staff here. I renewed my lease and will be staying here for another year!

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

Haven't moved in yet but I am definitely satisfied with how helpful they are. Whenever I call with questions they are quick to help clarify everything.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

You have been doing much better. I had some problems but we have been working hard to solve them. My new couch is great, now I just need the matching loveseat.

4 / 5

The Reserve on Stinson Norman

The Reserve is definitely not the best place to stay. They go by the motto: "Live Here, Live Well" but that's not the case. It's like they don't care about the residents they have living here. The property manager, Danielle, is never around to talk to residents about their problems with the Reserve. She is always in conference calls or she just so happens to leave the office when you call. A huge issues I have is why I am paying so much for things to never get done. I have went to the office and left multiple requests for my couch that has been falling apart to get replaced. It's been about 5-6 months and still nothing. Another thing is I work hard to give all of my money to the Reserve. Why is it that when I renew my contract to stay another 12 MONTHS, they tell me the rate for my 4 bedroom is going up to $499 a month and now they are saying that if you contract now for 12 MONTHS you only have to pay $459 a month for a 4 bedroom. That is not right. Why am I paying so much more for the same 4 bedroom as someone else. If anything we should be paying the same amount. I want to pay $459 too! Just like others will pay. If a 4 bedroom equals $459, it should be that for everyone. I have been staying here for a year now and it seems that they have no care in the world for the residents who have already stayed here and renewed their contracts. I can never get a hold of Danielle so maybe I will have to call the Edr head office to get somethings resolved.

I renewed my lease and still have not received my gift card though. My points don't always add up either. Some of the rewards are great but some of them don't go through.

The community is nice, but sometimes a few appliances or hardware breaks multiple times over before it's finally fixed. Overall not a bad place to live. Management could be nicer and more helpful though.

From my experience so far within this community I am very satisfied. Although I have not yet moved into my apartment, I have still received the best customer service and attention.

I haven't had any problems recently. However, I do have concerns about the computers in the lab. Most aren't working or I can't print something because the space is all filled up. Also, the printer is down a lot. Someone should watch it more closely.

Very good maintenance schedules. Helpful staff in the main building. The pool was opened early enough for everyone to use it again before leaving.

The place looks great. I cannot wait to finally move in. I've visited before and I am very excited to call it home. I see no problems whatsoever.

Good apartment complex. Noise is not as bad as other places I have lived at in carbondale. Speed bumps don't make much sense. Also the gate closing as early as 10:00 is ridiculous!

I would not pick to live here again. No one on the staff is helpful or can ever answer any questions. The apartments are extremely dirty when you move in and your standards will not be met.

I love everything about this community. It's one of the most inviting places I have ever been. I feel so welcome and at home even just walking into the office.

I like it for the most part but my only complaint is not so grand internet and not being allowed dogs without some kind of special reasoning

My apartment was in very good shape from the first day. I was also very happy with how quickly maintenance had any request taken care of. The only main problem is that maintenance would show up very early at times with no prior warning and bang very loudly at your door.

Getting better maintenance has been doing good and the gate has been working at the beginning of the year I had a negative feeling for it I felt like nothing was getting done but they are improving

The apartment community is well put together, with many activities to endure with friends and families. There many things to access such as pool, fitness center, movie theaters and more. This experience will allow a bond to be created through my college friends and I. There is a journey awaiting for us.

I like living at the reserve. You have nice amenities, clean rooms, mostly quiet residents, and fairly affordable units. I'm looking forward to living here next year.

The management could be better, I have lived here three years and only this year the management has gotten worse and worse. Also, pretty please stop using the gate.

Very fun community to live at. Amenities like pool and weight room are fantastic and the basketball and volleyball courts are good. some units are much better than others so you are best off to see your actual unit first. Know who you are living with ahead of time so you don't get stuck with bad roommates.

My first semester here was horrible. My roommate's room was infested with spiders, he was missing a chair, and our couch was destroyed. It took three weeks for management to fix everything and get an exterminator. This semester, we renewed our 12 month lease and were told we would receive gift cards within the week. It took four weeks of us calling non-stop and going to the office before they finally sent us our gift card, but it wasn't the full amount we were promised. We called them about it, and were told they would send the rest of the money later that day, but we didnt receive it for another week. Overall I think management is not good at being responsive and taking enough responsibility when it comes to meeting tenants' essential needs.

I re-signed today. I am very pleased with the Reserve...I wish they were not raising their prices but overall I love living here! I am planning on staying here another 12 months after my current lease and who knows how much longer than that I'll be here
